Throughout March 2025, Trust Utility Management were involved in a scheme designed to upgrade the infrastructure of Victoria Bus Station in Nottingham.

Working on behalf of Nottingham City Council, the main focus of the project was to improve the safety of pedestrians by reconfiguring the bus parking area. Trust ensured that all relevant stakeholders were involved in the planning stage of the scheme, and maintained regular contact throughout the works to ensure minimum disruption to this busy area.

We provided a dedicated traffic management operative for the duration of the works, who ensured safe and efficient through routes were provided. To keep disruption to a minimum, Trust completed a section of the works during the evenings.

While working on the scheme, Nottingham City Council requested that we complete additional surfacing works, requiring us to liaise with specialist delivery partners for the resurfacing of the bus bays.

Overall, the project was completed by Trust Utility Management within the required timeframe, and within budget. We have received excellent feedback on the new layout created, with the client expressing their satisfaction.
