Our History
Trust Utility Management were formed in 2006, and since that time, we’ve learned so much – expanding into the fields of electrical services and jointing, waste water and no-dig technology as well as utility consulting, while working primarily in the civil engineering sector.
Along the way, we made certain Trust Utility Management was a licensed professional, allowing us to establish solid relationships with many bluechip clients, yet still remaining neutral. It is that neutrality that keeps us honest and committed to all of our clients in equal measure.
Since 2015, we have expanded our business with the protection of the environment being at the top of our list of priorities, establishing our very own aggregate recycling centre. Why do we care? Because it’s the right thing to do – both economically and environmentally.
Forward thinking and continual reinvestment of profit and in our people have allowed us to grow year on year, a strategy that we intend to continue well into the future forging our legacy and developing ever stronger relationships with our existing and future clients.
What Makes Us Different
We have a proven and structured mobilisation plan for all projects which ensures seamless delivery. Efficient strategies are identified in order to eliminate handover issues and avoid delays. We will design a detailed programme from contract award to site start and ensure continuous implementation, with the project being headed by a director.
Trust Utility Management are experienced in managing utility contracts. We have a proven track record and our clients are nationally recognised organisations such as Severn Trent Water, Western Power Distribution, SSE, National Grid and VIA.
Our operational management systems offer clarity, transparency and efficiency, with proven processes and experience which will ensure that we meet contract SLAs and KPIs.
Our internal software systems, Virtual Cabinet, WASP and Claim Control are ideal for more complex contracts.
Our bespoke Work Allocation and Scheduling Platform (WASP) ensure any job’s progress will be observed in real time with live updates back to our streetworks team. Using WASP, we can monitor and move resources for the best outcomes to provide greater efficiency with the ultimate goal of minimising FPNs and customer complaints.
